• Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless releases.
• Demonstrate understanding of SDLC and STLC to bake quality into the development process from inception.
• Exhibit ownership mindset to optimize testing processes and quality.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to bridge technical complexity and user expectations.
• Maintain a curious, learning-oriented approach, staying current with industry standards, tools, and best practices.
