Takmeel Square (Pvt.) Ltd. invites applications for a technically competent QA/QC Engineer – Civil to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, inspection procedures, and construction quality standards at DHA Bahawalpur.

The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of direct QA/QC experience in building construction, and will implement ITPs, inspect materials, review MIRs/WIRs, verify test results, and maintain quality records.

Responsabilités

Salary: PKR 100,000–120,000/month (Negotiable)

Takmeel Square is hiring a technically competent QA/QC Engineer – Civil to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, inspection procedures, and construction quality standards.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline and at least 3 years of direct QA/QC experience in building construction, preferably within the 3–5-year experience range.

The selected engineer will implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspect construction materials and workmanship, review Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), verify test results, maintain quality records, and identify and close non-conformities through appropriate corrective action procedures.

Strong knowledge of reinforcement, formwork, concrete inspections, applicable material testing, construction specifications, and QA/QC documentation is essential. Experience on substantial commercial or high-rise projects will be preferred.

General site engineering experience without direct QA/QC inspection and documentation responsibility is insufficient for this position.
