Job summary

Gatronova in Karachi, Pakistan seeks a Cluster QA Coordinator to oversee IMS/QA deployment, documentation, and reporting across cluster plants. You will ensure documentation discipline and maintain records to support audits and governance.

The role focuses on CAPA tracking, KPI data integrity, and cross-site coordination to enable the Cluster QA Lead to drive strategy, risk management, and continuous improvement. Strong data validation and reporting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control IMS documentation, procedures, SOPs, forms, and records across cluster sites.
• Administer and maintain SharePoint / digital IMS repositories, ensuring documents are current, accessible, and properly controlled.
• Maintain document version control, archiving, change logs, and distribution records.
• Track certification scopes, validity, renewal dates, and site-wise certification status.
• Coordinate internal, external, customer, certification, and regulatory audits.
• Maintain audit calendars, schedules, action trackers, and supporting documentation.
• Track CAPA / corrective actions, follow up with responsible teams, and provide closure-status reporting.
• Maintain QA/IMS KPIs, dashboards, trackers, and management reports.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of cluster-level information.
• Maintain training records, competency documentation, and related QA/IMS evidence.
• Coordinate cross-site communication regarding IMS requirements, document changes, audit actions, and compliance deadlines.
• Track supplier quality/compliance documentation where applicable.
• Support ESG / EcoVadis data collection, validation, and evidence compilation.
• Maintain organized audit evidence and ensure required records can be retrieved quickly.
• Support Cluster QA leadership in preparing management reviews, presentations, reports, and compliance updates.
