Job summary

Enterprise64 is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer specializing in Selenium with hands-on Python expertise. The role covers UI, API, and backend automation, and requires strong testing principles, automation architecture, CI/CD, and Agile experience.

You will champion AI-assisted testing tools to accelerate quality and drive innovation. You will mentor junior QA engineers, collaborate with product and development teams, and contribute to performance, security, and reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of software quality assurance experience, with strong hands-on automation.
• Proven expertise with Selenium and Python; strong programming and debugging ability.
• Strong knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript for production-quality automation code.
• Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• API testing expertise using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with Playwright or Cypress in addition to Selenium.
• Docker, containerized test execution, or parallel/distributed testing.
• Performance testing tools such as JMeter or equivalent.
• ISTQB Certification or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• 6+ years in automation, driving QA best practices and improving testing methodologies.
• Perform hands-on automation testing across UI, API, and backend layers.
• Design, develop, refactor, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites.
• Apply solid automation architecture, including SOLID, Page Object, data-driven testing, and robust assertions.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA engineers to define automation strategies.
• Create and maintain test cases and automated coverage for multiple test types.
• Investigate automation failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to performance testing and broader quality strategy (functional, performance, security).
• Mentor junior QA engineers and review AI-generated outputs for accuracy.
