We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, you will:

• Design and develop applications on the CTB (Change the Bank) and support Level 3 Production System Support (RTB) fronts.
• Provide end-to-end delivery support, including requirements gathering, impact analysis, writing user stories, software development, testing, and operational support, adapting to demand as needed.
• Support daily application tasks, perform upgrades and maintenance, and identify opportunities to automate manual processes to increase efficiency.
• Create robust technical designs and strategies for developing new components to meet business requirements.
• Establish a digital environment and automate processes to ensure high-quality, predictable code and data.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, maintain server health across all environments, and address priority issues promptly with quality deliverables.
• Work in shifts and provide on-call support for production systems.
• Ensure service resilience, sustainability, and recovery objectives are met, actively participating in resilience, recovery, and service management exercises.
