We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will be:

1. Understanding purchase order and invoice validation requests from global stakeholders.
2. Understanding third-party spend of HWSW and ensuring requisitions align with spend approvals.
3. Verifying purchase requisitions/expense requests related to Software/Hardware by comparing requested items to the master list, clarifying unclear items, and recommending alternatives.
4. Assembling, reviewing, and verifying invoices, purchase orders, and contracts, ensuring they match actuals and forecasted spend.
5. Diving deeply into all financial data to provide insights and identify required action items, analyzing workflow processes from Cost Planning to Cost Requests, Purchase Orders, and Actuals.
6. Establishing and maintaining relationships with IT functions, finance, and other stakeholders involved in the cost management workflow.
7. Identifying and understanding business challenges; proposing and creating solutions.
8. Analyzing information by collecting and summarizing data and trends.
