We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will be:
- Understanding purchase order and invoice validation requests from global stakeholders.
- Understanding third-party spend of HWSW and ensuring requisitions align with spend approvals.
- Verifying purchase requisitions/expense requests related to Software/Hardware by comparing requested items to the master list, clarifying unclear items, and recommending alternatives.
- Assembling, reviewing, and verifying invoices, purchase orders, and contracts, ensuring they match actuals and forecasted spend.
- Diving deeply into all financial data to provide insights and identify required action items, analyzing workflow processes from Cost Planning to Cost Requests, Purchase Orders, and Actuals.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with IT functions, finance, and other stakeholders involved in the cost management workflow.
- Identifying and understanding business challenges; proposing and creating solutions.
- Analyzing information by collecting and summarizing data and trends.
