Job summary

Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. is seeking an experienced PS Core Planning Engineer based in Islamabad to manage PS core network planning, capacity analysis, and design. You will support optimization initiatives and coordinate with vendors for optimal technical solutions.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of EPC, 5GC, UPCC, NFV, and telecom cloud solutions, with strong problem-solving and customer-focused communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• 5+ years in core network field, especially PS domain.
• Strong problem-solving and customer requirement analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network utilization, growth trends, traffic forecasting, and capacity analysis across PS core network elements.
• Understand end-to-end HLD and LLD for PS core products (SGSN, MME, SGW/PGW & PCRF/UPF).
• Recommend network optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate with telecom vendors (Huawei, Nokia, ZTE, Ericsson) and internal departments to evaluate proposals and select optimal technical solutions.
• Take responsibility for network safety and reliability.
• Support project integration, commissioning, implementation, and new nodes acceptance.
• Support team capability building and climate building.

• Ability to solve complex technical problems through accurate analysis and location.

• Experience Required: 5+ years in the core network field, especially in the PS domain.
