Job summary

Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. is seeking an experienced PS Core Planning Engineer in Islamabad to manage PS core network planning, capacity analysis, and design.

The role requires hands-on experience with EPC, 5GC, UPCC, NFV and telecom cloud solutions. You will monitor utilization, forecast traffic, optimize networks, and coordinate with Huawei, Nokia, ZTE and Ericsson on vendor proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in core network field, PS domain.
• Experience with EPC, 5GC, UPCC, NFV architecture and telecom cloud solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, requirement analysis and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor PS core network utilization, growth trends, traffic forecasting and capacity analysis across PS core elements.
• Understand end-to-end HLD and LLD for PS core products (SGSN, MME, SGW/PGW & PCRF/UPF).
• Recommend network optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate with telecom vendors (Huawei, Nokia, ZTE, Ericsson), contractors, and internal departments to evaluate vendor proposals and recommend optimal technical solutions.
• Take responsibility for network safety.
• Support project integration, commissioning, implementation, and new nodes acceptance.
• Support team capability building and climate building.

• Ability to solve complex technical problems through accurate analysis and location.
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• Experience Required: 5+ years in the core network field, especially in the PS domain.
