In this role, you will collaborate with Product Owners, clients, and Agile teams to define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, support solution design, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products. You will play a key role in gathering business requirements, facilitating communication, and driving product development from concept to release.

Requirements:

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage product backlogs while working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable development tasks.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of technical project delivery experience.
• Minimum 3 year of experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, product management, software engineering, data engineering, or a related role.
• Previous experience as a Proxy Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst within a software development environment is preferred.
• Technical background in software development or software testing is an advantage.
• Background in Engineering, Technology, or UX is preferred.
