Overview

Translation Empire PK looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, drafting, editing, and submitting high-quality business proposals and bids in response to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) across various platforms. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of business writing, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze current and future markets to identify new opportunities.
  • Respond to RFPs and business proposals (Bids), ensuring compliance with all submission requirements.
  • Develop proposal outlines and manage proposal timelines in collaboration with Proposal Managers.
  • Write, edit, and compile proposal content, including executive summaries, resumes, and project descriptions.
  • Ensure compliance with RFP criteria (content, formatting, length, layout).
  • Maintain quality using templates and consistent proposal-writing standards.
  • Organize and update all related proposal documentation.
  • Track and maintain a log of submitted bids and their outcomes.
  • Track and maintain a record of all submitted proposals and their statuses.
  • Continuously refine and improve proposal processes, templates, and content libraries.
  • Ensure all submissions are error-free, well-organized, and meet formatting and deadline requirements.
Qualification and Experience
  • Must have a degree in English language & Literarure.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in business proposal writing or bidding (preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience with government proposals and/or technical proposals is a plus.
  • Prior experience bidding on platforms like Upwork is highly desirable.
