Overview

Software Productivity Strategists Inc., Pakistan

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing proposal outline and proposal schedule.
  • Works with Proposal Manager for timely submission of Proposals. Organize the proposals with their related documents and updates. Sends emails and remainders to designated individuals for respective sections of proposals.
  • Ensures document compliance with RFP criteria, including requirements related to content, formatting, length, layout, etc.
  • Maintain quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, and consistency. Edits text to ensure that bid is error-free, uniform in tone. Review RFPs to develop proposal plan and kickoff materials.
  • Write, edit, compile, and organize information from many sources to generate cohesive proposals (e.g. cover letters, executive summaries, resumes, project descriptions)
  • Assist in updating spreadsheet of all bids that will be updated on weekly basis and add new bids and any results that come in for that week.
  • Composes all bid content (either alone or in conjunction with team), including executive summaries, and cover letters. Monitors changes to solicitation and adjusts work accordingly.
  • Ability to work on flexible hours from home. Should have a laptop/PC and a reliable internet connection at home with electric backup etc

  • Motivated self-starter who can drive proposal process from pre-RFP planning through delivery.
  • Analytical, with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High sense of urgency and willingness to take the initiative.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently, including ability to handle multiple proposals and tasks simultaneous with deadlines
  • Willingness and ability to learn and grow is very important
