Qualifikationen

• Enrolled advocate with a Pakistani bar council.
• LLB (LLM a plus) with 2–3 years' post-qualification experience in property or civil practice.
• Excellent written English for drafting memos and documents.
• Based in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, or KP; willing to travel to Peshawar.

• Conduct title searches and land-record checks in KP.
• Support the sale of a property from due diligence through closing and registration.
• Draft legal memos and sale/lease documents in English.
