Job summary

GSK is seeking a Project Trainee LOCQA in Pakistan to assist quality activities across supply chain and storage. You will work with quality, production and technical teams to perform checks, support investigations and drive improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform risk assessments and manage audit findings with CAPA closure.
  • Handle customer complaints from receipt to closure.
  • Review import release documents and assist SAP product releases.
  • Maintain distributor compliance, licenses, and SAP records.
  • Coordinate regulatory reference standard import and distribution activities.

Job description

You will join our Quality team in Pakistan as a Project Trainee LOCQA. You will support quality activities across supply chain and storage to help ensure products meet quality and regulatory expectations. You will work with quality, production and technical colleagues to carry out checks, assist investigations, and support improvements. We value curiosity, accuracy, teamwork and a desire to learn. Responsibilities
  • Perform risk assessments and manage audit findings and actions. Facilitate third-party audits and ensure CAPA closure
  • Manage customer complaints from receipt through investigation and closure.
  • Review import release documents and execute compliant SAP product releases. Oversee repacking activities and support repacked product release.
  • Review quality agreements and associated risk assessments.
  • Maintain distributor compliance, licenses, and SAP records. Develop and deliver annual quality training programs for external partners.
  • Coordinate regulatory reference standard import and distribution activities. Support regulatory inspections and ensure observation closure. Manage LBP samples, approvals, shipments, and delivery tracking.
  • Implement QMS updates and maintain local quality documentation. Monitor CAPA progress and ensure timely completion. Manage change controls from initiation through closure. Help investigate deviations, support corrective and preventive actions, and verify effectiveness. Contribute to continuous improvement ideas for safer, leaner and more reliable processes.
  • Maintain training matrices and coordinate periodic training assignments.
  • Support urgent quality operations as per business needs.
Education, Experience and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharm-D), B. Pharm, Chemistry, Life Sciences or similar.
  • 0 to 1 year relevant experience; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
  • Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and good documentation practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Prior internships or short experience in a pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare quality role.
  • Familiarity with batch record review, sample retention and line clearance processes.
  • Basic knowledge of validation protocols and data integrity principles.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn, coach others and contribute to continuous improvement
