Manages all aspects of a project (project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources,communications, risk, and procurement), to ensure successful delivery to scope, schedule, budgetand quality. Also expressed as plan, lead, organize, control and communicate projects to ensuresuccessful delivery.Provide project management support to pre-sales activities as required, including project quotes; coordination and verification with all other organizational entities providing input for the project; quotes;customer RFI and RFP response.Communicate relevant information effectively with all relevant internal and external entities.Ensure effective change management of projects, including ensuring that all change is formally documented and agreed, and all relevant documents are re-base lined.Ensure effective long-term relationship with customers, partners and all other relevant external entities.Promptly and pro-actively manage the resolution of all issues and risks that arise during projects.Complete all specified reporting to required timeframes.Share skills and experience with other groups within the organization, with the aim of establishingconsistency and improving quality within the company.Ensure compliance with all communicated practices, policies and methodologies.Understand, follow and improve upon all formally-communicated methodologies, processes, policies,and values.
