Job description

Optimizeall is looking for a talented Project Manager who assists in the day-to-day project management and leadership activities related to project delivery and execution. This role requires solid, practical experience with the techniques and approach in guiding and supporting cross-functional project teams. They are also responsible for identifying and removing impediments, facilitating discussions for making appropriate process decisions, and creating solutions to overcome obstacles.

Responsibilities:

1. Following a project management methodology to initiate, plan, execute, control, and closeout projects.
2. Utilizing strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interact with all levels within the company to prioritize multiple concurrent projects.
3. Working on small, medium, or large projects and covering a wide range of solutions including, but not limited to, software development, package implementation, application integration, and business process improvement.
4. Effectively measuring success through the development of metrics and reports as well as presenting the results to senior management.

1. Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, and collaborating.
2. Manage software development team.
3. Understand the concept of the project and evaluate the idea.
4. Conduct regular productive project meetings.

6. Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools: Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, Bit Bucket, Confluence, Basecamp, or equivalent Microsoft Project, Vision, and all Office Tools.
7. Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details.
