Job description

The Project Manager will report to the COO and shall be the primary resource of the Service Line to ensure all aspects of the project, including, at a minimum, detailed work plans, task management, and resource management, are accomplished. The Project Manager is dedicated full-time to the Arwen Tech Projects and works with the Account Manager for the successful implementation and ongoing operations of the projects. The Project Manager is located in the Lahore office.

Job Specification
  1. Manage and coordinate the implementation of designated projects, including project definition and planning, business process and systems implementation, performance measurement systems, benchmarking, contract review, project facilitation, and training.
  2. Administer all aspects of the subcontracting process.
  3. Manage the project close-out process to ensure successful completion.
  4. Forecast project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Prepare presentations on various topics for top management.
  6. Manage project scope, costs, schedule, and billings. Provide leadership to guide the project team, especially on larger projects, with minimal involvement from management.
  7. Provide direction and oversee work, working effectively with Project Engineers/Consultants and the Project Coordinator.
  8. Determine and prepare change orders for clients.
  9. Assemble new project proposals with minimal guidance.
  10. Produce project management deliverables such as project status reports, risk analysis reports, user acceptance test plans, etc.
  11. Candidates with PMP certification will have an advantage for this position.
