We are seeking qualified candidates for a professionally challenging and rewarding position as a Project Manager. If you are someone who has led the software development team recently and has had a strong development background (within the last 5 years), then you have come to the right place.

We provide Video Content Management systems to Fortune 5000 companies across the globe and is recognized in Gartner's Magic Quadrant. Our developed systems empower our customers to deliver Live as well as On-Demand Video Streaming to their audience, store and share multimedia content as well as perform Video and Audio Analysis using Machine Learning.

We follow an Agile development methodology with an emphasis on automation. The position will be responsible for managing Sprints focused on developing new product features and customizations for our customers. You'll be expected to work with Product Owner, Engineering, DevOps, Test Automation, and other stakeholders to meet the goals as well as provide necessary guidance to a cross-functional team. Having a strong development background will be crucial to effectively work in this role.

Job Description:

• Manage the development of new product features from inception to the final delivery by following SCRUM development process
• Perform sprint planning activities and produce sprint artifacts
• Work with Product Owner and Engineering team defining, and documenting sprint, activities, and tasks
• Track tasks, action item status and provide updates to Client and/or Management
• Represent the project team at change, prioritization, engineering, or requirement review board meetings
• Provide necessary guidance to the team that leads them to success
• Coordinate, support, and participate in program and system meetings and reviews
• Perform all activities relating to the release and deployment of updates, including notifying users and stakeholders, as needed

Job Specification

• Must have used Agile tools such as TFS (DevOps) or Jira
• Must have worked and led an Agile Software development team before
• Must have worked in a team developing enterprise-grade web and cloud technology
• Must be familiar with the latest technology trends in Web and Cloud
• Must have a strong developer background and understanding of various technologies stack

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with writing requirements as features and user stories
• Have good articulation skills, both oral and written
