A leading construction firm in Karachi is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects. Responsibilities include managing site administration, conducting project inspections, and ensuring cost-effective solutions during the construction phase. Ideal candidates will have extensive project management experience and a background in interior design and construction economics.
The Project Manager is required to perform multiple functions such as interior design and space planning in coordination with the Architect, appointment of contractor/subcontractors, controlling of construction programs and budgets by integrating and coordinating the various activities through every phase of the project.
To provide a collaborative teaming approach combined with strong support and guidance to our client's office facility needs.
