Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Program Management Specialist for the KWSSIP-2 project in Karachi. The role focuses on planning, monitoring, reporting, and performance management to support effective project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, IT, CS, Data Analytics, Business Admin, Public Admin or related discipline.
Master’s degree in closely related field is preferred.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in program management, project controls, M&E, or reporting.

Responsibilities

Support development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, plans, milestones, and performance indicators.
Track progress against budgets, schedules, and strategic objectives.
Monitor risks and dependencies and propose corrective actions.
Assist with annual work planning, budgeting, and resource planning.
Develop and maintain PMIS dashboards and reporting tools.
Prepare monthly dashboards and donor/progress reports.
