Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd. Lahore seeks a Production Planner to coordinate and monitor production operations, ensuring timely completion of orders and achievement of targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Supply Chain) with 2–3 years in Production Planning or Inventory/Supply Chain roles; strong SAP and MS Excel skills for reporting. You will collaborate with multiple departments, identify bottlenecks, manage material shortages, support dispatch, and maintain production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Supply Chain) or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Production Planning, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain operations.
• Strong command of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Excel for reporting, planning, and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of production planning, inventory control, order processing, and dispatch coordination.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments to ensure smooth operational activities.
• Proactive approach, attention to detail, teamwork, and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities to ensure execution of production plans on time.
• Conduct regular shop-floor visits to monitor production progress and resolve issues.
• Track performance against targets and report pending or completed jobs.
• Coordinate with departments to minimize production delays.
• Identify bottlenecks and support continuous improvement.
• Provide order status updates and communicate progress.
• Support dispatch planning to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor rework and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Identify material shortages and risks to schedules.
• Participate in production review meetings and follow up actions.
• Maintain production records and periodic progress reports.
• Suggest opportunities to improve efficiency and resource utilization.
