Job summary

Hired is seeking a Product Owner to lead the product vision for a platform on a full-time basis. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver features that meet user needs and align with business goals.

You will translate research into backlog items, drive sprint planning, and monitor performance metrics to guide iterations. Experience with Jira or Trello and distributed teams is preferred, with strong communication across remote and cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies with Jira or Trello.
• Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into requirements.
• Strong communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with remote/distributed stakeholders.
