Mashreq seeks a Product Owner to lead the KYC product domain for digital onboarding and lifecycle management across NEO and NEOBIZ platforms. You will define the product vision, manage the backlog and deliver scalable KYC capabilities to improve onboarding and activation while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Job description

To own and manage the end-to-end KYC product domain for digital onboarding and lifecycle management across NEO and NEOBIZ platforms. The role is responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and delivering scalable KYC capabilities including onboarding, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and customer profile management.

The role carries end-to-end ownership of the business performance and economics of the KYC domain. This includes improving onboarding conversion and account activation, optimizing customer acquisition and verification costs, managing vendor commercials and product investments, and ensuring that KYC capabilities deliver measurable business value while maintaining regulatory compliance and risk standards.

The Product Owner ensures alignment with regulatory requirements, business objectives, and technology architecture while delivering seamless customer journeys for both individual and business banking segments.
