Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written English; clear articulation.
• 5+ years in Operations, preferably in CDD/EDD/AML or Risk.
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML regulatory framework.
• Punctual, independent and proactive with drive to deliver.
• Fast learner, aims to become SME for team support.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management.
• Able to multi-task and own responsibilities.
• Gaps in policies/processes identified with actionable feedback.
• Proven track record of ownership and teamwork.
• Ability to analyze and move team metrics.
