Job summary

HR POD Careers is seeking an experienced Product Manager in Pakistan to own the lifecycle from discovery to delivery. You will define vision, strategy, and roadmaps, and translate business needs into PRDs and user stories while collaborating with Engineering, QA, Design, Data, and Delivery teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in product management, deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum, and a track record delivering digital platforms. Experience with global markets and entrepreneurship mindset are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven experience delivering digital products or SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Ability to write structured PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in OTT, streaming, AdTech, FinTech, ERP, or enterprise SaaS.
• Exposure to AI-driven or cloud-native ecosystems.
• Experience with GCC, UK, or US markets.
• Strong ownership of product outcomes and measurable value.
• Structured prioritization and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcome-based priorities.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, customers, and users.
• Translate business needs into structured PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, Design, Data, and Delivery teams.
• Drive backlog prioritization, release planning, and product readiness.
• Define product KPIs and measure success through data-driven insights.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user validation.
• Participate in client and stakeholder discussions where product alignment is required.
• Continuously optimize product performance based on feedback, analytics, and business outcomes.
