Job summary

PostEx in Lahore is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery to go-to-market, leveraging a strong technical background in FinTech.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with engineering, design, operations, and business teams, drive requirements, document PRDs/BRDs/SRS, and contribute to roadmap execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
• 3–4 years of Product Management experience in product-based companies/startups.
• Preferably FinTech, Logistics Tech, or high-growth startups with Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and define business and product requirements
• Conduct product discovery and identify user pain points and business opportunities
• Create and maintain detailed product documentation including PRDs, BRDs, and SRS documents
• Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams for feature execution
• Translate business requirements into scalable product solutions
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and scrum ceremonies
• Coordinate product releases and support go-to-market execution
• Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize roadmap initiatives
• Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and business impact

Job Summary

PostEx is looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Product Manager to join our growing Product team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical educational background and hands-on experience working in product-based companies or startups, preferably within the FinTech ecosystem.
The role requires ownership of the complete product lifecycle, from product discovery and requirement gathering to execution and go-to-market alignment. The candidate should possess strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills to collaborate effectively across engineering, operations, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
