Our client PostEx is looking for a Product Manager in Lahore.

Job Summary

PostEx is looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Product Manager to join our growing Product team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical educational background and hands‑on experience working in product-based companies or startups, preferably within the FinTech ecosystem. The role requires ownership of the complete product lifecycle, from product discovery and requirement gathering to execution and go‑to‑market alignment. The candidate should possess strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills to collaborate effectively across engineering, operations, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and define business and product requirements
• Conduct product discovery and identify user pain points and business opportunities
• Create and maintain detailed product documentation including PRDs, BRDs, and SRS documents
• Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams for feature execution
• Translate business requirements into scalable product solutions
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and scrum ceremonies
• Coordinate product releases and support go-to-market execution
• Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize roadmap initiatives
• Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and business impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related technical field
• 3–4 years of Product Management experience in product-based companies/startups
• Preferably experience within FinTech, Logistics Tech, or high-growth startups
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and scrum practices
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced and execution-driven environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams
• Understanding of APIs, system workflows, and scalable product architectures
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, or similar platforms
• Exposure to GTM planning and product analytics is a plus
