Jeeny invites a Product Manager - Passenger Experience to join the Lahore team and own the passenger side of the Jeeny app. You will shape the end-to-end flow from 'I need a ride' to ride arrival, balancing speed, trust, and revenue considerations across Android and iOS platforms.

The role emphasizes understanding passenger pain points, launching in-app features, and collaborating with marketing and operations to optimize adoption and commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading consumer mobile products with focus on UX and performance.
• Ability to analyze user data and translate into product requirements.
• Experience launching features in ride-hailing or multi-market apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the passenger app experience end-to-end on Android and iOS.
• Define the booking funnel screens, price checks and ride initiation flow.
• Decide wallet, payments, promo codes, cashback and subscriptions logic.
• Drive trust, ratings, help flows and in-app support surfaces.
• Monitor app quality: crash rate, ANRs, ratings and reviews.
• Design and validate tracking events and analytics for new features.
• Lead go-to-market planning, adoption metrics and commercial impact.
• Conduct discovery to understand passenger problems before proposing solutions.
