Job summary

Daraz is seeking an experienced product professional to drive the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to execution. You will lead roadmaps, collaborate with business, tech, and operations, and base decisions on structured data insights to optimize product performance.

Applicants should have at least four years in product management or operations, strong Agile knowledge, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders while managing multiple initiatives and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Computing, AI or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in product management or product operations, preferably in E‑commerce, CX or AI.
• Strong knowledge of product development frameworks, Agile methodologies, and problem solving.
• Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and drive data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication to align teams.
• Experience with system integrations, vendor management, and workflows.
• Advanced Excel skills; basic programming (SQL/Python) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end product management from concept to delivery.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Lead structured problem solving across teams to enable execution.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration between business, tech, and ops.
• Utilize data insights to measure performance and optimize processes.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans proactively.
• Manage multiple initiatives with disciplined project management.
• Investigate CXP system issues, escalate where needed, and ensure long‑term fixes.
• Contribute to AI model evaluation criteria such as accuracy, latency and adoption.
