Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Product Manager Advanced Therapies to grow partnerships with local reference sites and KOLs, drive cross-modality clinical education, and support clinical marketing and training across the country.

The role involves coordinating with Country Manager and Zone teams, supporting sales, creating training materials, and answering clinical questions while traveling up to 70% to sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Qualification as a radiographer, MTA, or similar education.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Deep knowledge of Cardiology and Interventional Radiology applications.
• Good understanding of clinical workflow.
• Experience in customer clinical training.
• Marketing experience would be beneficial.
• Strong English communication.
• Intercultural skills desirable.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Grow partnerships with local reference sites and KOLs to advance AT expertise.
• Identify local reference sites and support setup/maintenance with Country/Zone teams.
• Lead clinical AT marketing and education activities in Pakistan.
• Be the point of contact for advanced clinical AT questions within the country.
• Inform, promote, and support customers in utilizing advanced AT applications.
• Support resolution of customer queries on advanced application questions.
• Drive cross-modality clinical education with peers from other modalities.
• Support Zone Business Line and Product Sales Exec in communicating new AT technologies and outcomes to Sales and Service teams.
• Collaborate with regional applications managers and local teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Your Role:

• You will ensure to grow our partnership with local reference sites and KOLs to improve their AT expertise Will be responsible for creating user meetings and supporting the exchange of information among the KOLs in the country.
• You will be responsible for identifying local reference sites and supporting the setup and maintenance of those sites in close coordination with the Country Manager, Zone Business Manager, and Collaboration Manager in the zone.
• You will be responsible for the clinical AT marketing, education activities in Pakistan, including the following.
• You will be the point of contact for any advanced clinical AT questions within the country.
• You will work with our customers to inform, promote, and support them in utilizing advanced AT applications.
• You will support the resolution of customer queries concerning advanced application questions.
• You will drive cross-modality clinical education with your peers from other modalities (e.g., CT or MI).
• You will support the Zone Business Line and Product Sales Executive in driving the communication of new AT technologies and their clinical outcomes to the respective Sales and Service employees locally as well as our business partners, e.g., training, webcasts, and newsletters.
• You will work closely together with the regional applications managers and local application teams to ensure consistent messaging to our customers; this should be done through regular meetings/calls, project kick-off meetings, applications support as required, and joint educational efforts.
• You will support local AT sales and training activities, e.g.
• You will provide support for the preparation and hosting of sales training, including the preparation of training materials, mainly on clinical aspects and system physics.
• You will develop clinical competition intelligence and comparisons to support sales and marketing activities in the field.
• You will support the local sales teams and business partners by answering the clinical tender questions.

Your qualifications:

• Qualification as a radiographer, MTA, or similar education
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Deep knowledge of Cardiology and Interventional Radiology applications
• Good understanding of clinical workflow
• Experience in customer clinical training
• Certain experience in marketing would be beneficial
• Strong level of English communication
• Intercultural skills and experience desirable
• Self-motivated and strong drive
• Willingness and flexibility for a high amount of traveling (up to 70%)
• Good level of understanding of radiology workflow
