Job summary

vFairs is hiring a Product Manager to shape the future of our products and influence millions of users. You will own the lifecycle from concept to delivery, partnering with engineering and design to translate ideas into tangible features.

We seek 3–5 years in product management, strong customer focus, and clear English communication. A CS background, hands-on wireframing, backlog management, and Agile experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product management.
• Deep understanding of customer experience and identifying product gaps.
• Comfortable in a technical environment and discussing with engineers.
• Experience creating user stories and managing backlogs with common tools.
• Familiarity with Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Develop user personas, user stories, interaction flows, and site/navigations.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to create wireframes and prototypes.
• Define product features and write detailed PRDs.
• Create wireframes to guide the tech team on user experience.
• Analyze click flows and derive insights on user behavior.
• Work with engineering to deliver solutions on time.
• Run experiments to test hypotheses and share results with actions.
• Support customer-facing teams with feature descriptions and release content.
• Suggest enhancements to improve user experience.
• Perform validation testing on production releases.

Requirements

• 3to5yearsofexperienceinproductmanagementisrequired.
  


• Abilitytogainadeepunderstandingofcustomerexperience,identifyandfillproductgaps,andgeneratenewideasthatgrowmarketshare,
  improvecustomerexperience,anddrivegrowth
  


• Knowledgeofdatabasesandagoodunderstandingofsoftwaredevelopment
  


• Comfortableworkinginatechnicalenvironment&canhandletechnicalconversationswithsoftwareengineersaswellasunderstandthe
  experiencefromausersperspective
  


• Comfortwithcreatinguserstories(orapplyingtheJTBDframework)andmanagingabacklogwithtoolslikeSlack,Jira,andAsana.
  


• KnowledgeofAgileprojectmanagementmethodologieslikeSCRUMorKanban
