Job summary

TechMatter is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and development of AI HealthTech platforms CureAR and Credentialing for healthcare organizations in the United States.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive AI initiatives including LLM integrations and intelligent decision support. If you’re passionate about AI, SaaS, and transforming healthcare, this is your chance to make a global impact.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered products or ML applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision and strategy for AI-powered HealthTech solutions.
• Own the complete product lifecycle—from discovery and roadmap planning to launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, AI, UX/UI, QA, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
• Drive AI initiatives including LLM integrations, workflow automation, predictive analytics, NLP, AI Agents, and intelligent decision support.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements, user stories, and scalable product features.
• Monitor product performance using data, customer feedback, and product analytics to continuously enhance the user experience.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute product vision and strategy for AI-powered HealthTech solutions.
• Own the complete product lifecycle—from discovery and roadmap planning to launch and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 5–8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered products or Machine Learning applications.
• Experience in HealthTech, Healthcare SaaS, Digital Health, Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Provider Credentialing is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional product development.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Bonus If You Have Experience With

• AI & LLM Platforms: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini.
• Healthcare Integrations: FHIR, HL7, REST APIs.
• Product & Collaboration Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Confluence, Figma, Miro.
• Product Analytics: Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4.
