Job description

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of a SaaS-based product. You will play a dual role—driving product strategy and vision while also managing the product backlog and working closely with the development team.

Product Strategy & Vision

• Contribute to and evolve the product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
  
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, adjusting based on user feedback, analytics, and market trends.
  
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities for differentiation.
  

Product Ownership & Execution

• Act as the Product Owner in Agile teams—owning and prioritizing the product backlog.
  
• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage refinement sessions.
  
• Work closely with designers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-impact features.
  
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with the Scrum team.
  

Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and define success metrics.
  
• Engage with customers to understand their challenges and ensure the platform delivers value.
  

Business and Metrics

• Monitor and analyze product usage metrics, engagement data, and feedback to drive data-informed decisions.
  
• Support go-to-market and business forecasting discussions where needed.
  

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in SaaS product development.
