Job summary

You will review complex documents, develop procurement strategies, and help build capacity through training workshops for Bank staff and clients, contributing to development outcomes in the region.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Law, Procurement, Finance).
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with strong governance knowledge.
• Experience with World Bank procurement procedures is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and delivers procurement services at the CMU with fiduciary controls.
• Reviews procurement documents and prepares related reports.
• Contributes to consistent procurement approaches across the region.
• Develops capacity-building workshops for Bank staff and clients.
