Primary Responsibilities
  • Supplier Liaison: Spearhead tendering processes, negotiate contracts, and establish strategic relationships with suppliers.
  • Cost Analysis & Quotation: Assess supplier quotes, create comprehensive cost breakdowns, and develop client-facing quotations that align with company metrics.
  • Order Management: Oversee the complete purchase order lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and timely processing.
  • Order Tracking & Resolution: Proactively monitor and track order statuses, promptly addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Database Management: Ensure the accuracy and currency of the supplier database, inputting new data as necessary.
  • Operational Leadership: Take full ownership of procurement tasks, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain regular communication with the General Manager.
