About The Role
We're seeking an experienced Process & Automation Specialist to analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and design and implement automation systems that reduce manual work and improve efficiency. You'll act as both a consultant and builder—mapping business processes, diagnosing inefficiencies, and implementing practical automation solutions using tools such as N8N, Zapier, Make.com, APIs, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude. The role will span core functions including sales workflows, fulfillment processes, and internal operations, with a focus on reducing repetitive tasks, improving system reliability, and creating scalable processes that support growth. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys solving operational problems, building systems, and creating measurable impact through automation.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Previous experience in process improvement, operations, automation, or systems implementation
- Strong experience using tools such as N8N, Zapier, Make.com, APIs, or similar automation platforms
- Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI‑powered workflow tools
- Ability to analyze business workflows, identify inefficiencies, and translate them into automation solutions
- Strong systems thinking and problem‑solving ability
- Experience documenting workflows, SOPs, and process maps
- Comfortable integrating systems across CRMs, communication tools, and operational platforms
- High attention to detail and ability to test and maintain reliable automations
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
- Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment
