Job summary

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lahore. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure facilities operate at peak efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Intermediate in IT-related field, 3–4 years of hands-on experience, and strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry systems. You will coordinate with vendors and maintain records, prioritizing safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Intermediate / Diploma (or equivalent) in Information Technology or IT-related field.
• 3-4 Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems and repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, such as HVAC systems, office equipment, and machinery
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and safety hazards
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from team members and address issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance services, as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
