Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in Hyderabad is looking for a Vice President to lead fund administration activities. The role focuses on maintaining books, NAV calculations, reporting, and client coordination across private equity structures.

You will supervise junior staff, interact with investors and teams, and ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS in a demanding, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in accounting for financial services (Private Equity, Asset Management or Fund Administration).
• Experience in reviewing and preparing general ledger and financial statements.
• Knowledge of consolidations under IFRS.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Driven, diligent and deadline-focused.
• Strong team player with ability to manage individual responsibilities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with enterprise accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books and records and calculate fund Net Asset Values (NAVs).
• Coordinate and review financial statements and reports, including monthly/quarterly metrics.
• Coordinate and review calculations of carried interest, performance and incentive fees.
• Coordinate and review investor allocations for capital calls, distributions and equalisations.
• Coordinate and review partner capital account statements.
• Coordinate processing of payments and other transactions.
• Supervise junior staff and sign off on work performed.
• Act as day-to-day contact with clients and fund participants.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations to respond to investor queries and notices.
• Maintain relationships with investors, managers, banks and auditors.
• Assist auditors and fund participants and advisers.
• Participate in client presentations.
• Monitor compliance with client SLAs and agreements.
• Contribute to projects related to business expansion and evolution.
