ThoughtFocus in Hyderabad is seeking a finance professional to lead private fund onboarding and data integration for hedge fund clients.

You will perform data mapping, transformation, loading and reconciliation, collaborate with project teams, and help build tools for faster onboarding while guiding a team to deliver accurate fund accounting during implementations.

Strong financial product knowledge, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work under tight timelines are required for success.

Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years of financial industry experience with relevant certifications.
• Background in private capital markets (Hedge Funds) and fund accounting expertise.
• Experience with client implementations/onboarding is a plus.
• Knowledge of Hedge Fund structures, fees, and carried interest.
• Proficiency in GAV/NAV calculations and investor allocations.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel).
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with pre-onboarding and Forward Deployed teams to gather scope and client requirements.
• Review fund documents and workflows for onboarding data into the accounting platform.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, loading, and reconciliation for client implementations.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders through implementation phases.
• Support building and improving onboarding tools for faster deployment.
• Liaise with technology teams for developing bespoke reports and requirements.
• Lead a team for independent execution of the implementation project.
