Job summary

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager for Fund Accounting with 3–5 years of experience to oversee daily fund valuation, accounting, and reporting.

The role requires MBA/ACCA/CFA qualifications and deep knowledge of NAV reporting, IPAM, PKRV updates, and NCCPL procedures. You will work independently to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance across all fund accounting activities.

Qualifications

• MBA, ACCA, or CFA qualification required.
• 3–5 years of fund accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of NAV reporting, IPAM, PKRV updates, and NCCPL procedures.
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily valuation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform reconciliation and audit procedures related to fund accounting activities.
• Calculate moving averages for government securities and update fund records.
• Prepare NAV reporting and portfolio accounting documentation.
• Execute income accruals and prepare journal vouchers.
• Coordinate NCCPL processes including CDC share affirmation and RTGS letter preparation.
• Support external auditors during audits.
• Maintain detailed fund records and reporting.
• Implement controls to safeguard data integrity.
• Assist continuous improvements in fund accounting processes.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance.
• Work independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
