Job summary

Translation Empire in Pakistan (DHA Sector F, Rawalpindi) is seeking an experienced .NET developer to lead enterprise application development and mentor the team. The role requires deep expertise in .NET MVC/Core, C#, and modern frontend tech, with strong SQL Server skills and API development.

You will drive technical direction, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to architecture and documentation.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years .NET (MVC / Core) development experience.
• Knowledge of at least one .NET language (C#, VB.NET).
• Hands on understanding of Entity Framework and ADO.NET.
• Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, Axios API client.
• Database Designing and T-SQL Programming for MS SQL.
• Practical knowledge of frontend framework like Angular or Vue.js.
• Understanding of Git repository systems like TFS or GitHub.
• Knowledge of JIRA (Issue tracking system).
• Knowledge of REST API development.
• ASP.NET Web Forms Development.
• Postman for API testing.
• Attention to detail and strong communication.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshooting company products


• New features development and updates


• Development of customized solutions based on customer need


• Design and review new systems being developed by the team.


• Train and mentor junior resources.


• Provide technical roadmap and R&D


• Provide assistance to junior resources in review/debug any issues


• Customized reporting creation for specific clients


• Communication with the stakeholders and training for off shore staff members


• Manage live systems including deployment and backup on live servers.


• Design and manage Database for new/current systems.


• Involved with Networks team for any troubleshooting or configurations.


• Systems health monitoring from time to time.


• Code management for all the projects being developed, TFS repos creation, users and roles management.


• Act as a product owner and perform the following


• Gather requirements from the stake holders


• Create project plan with the scrum team


• Design/Create/Review technical documents


• Create technical workflows, wireframes s


• Refine backlog and manage team tasks


• Review development work with the scrum team

Requirements & Skills:

• 12-15 years .NET (MVC / Core) development experience


• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g., C#, Visual Basic .NET)


• Hands on understanding and knowledge of: o Entity Framework and ADO.net
