Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking an experienced .NET developer (MVC/Core) to join our team in DHA Sector F, Rawalpindi. The role focuses on developing and troubleshooting enterprise applications, implementing new features and customized client solutions.

You will work from our office, collaborating with a cross-functional team, guiding junior developers, and contributing to architectural decisions. A strong background in C#, ASP.NET and REST APIs is required, with experience in Angular/Vue.js a

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of .NET development experience
• Strong knowledge of .NET languages (C#, VB.NET)
• Hands-on with EF/ADO.NET, REST APIs, and SQL Server

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot company products
• Develop new features and updates
• Create customized solutions based on client needs
• Design and review new systems being developed by the team
• Mentor junior resources and provide technical guidance
• Provide R&D and technical roadmaps
• Assist juniors in reviewing and debugging issues
• Create customized client reports
• Coordinate with stakeholders and train offshore staff
• Manage live systems, deployments, and backups on live servers
• Design and manage databases for new/current systems
• Collaborate with Networks for troubleshooting
• Monitor system health periodically
• Code management across projects and repositories (TFS/Git)
• Act as a product owner: gather requirements, plan sprints, design docs
• Create/Review technical workflows and wireframes
• Refine backlog and supervise team tasks
• Review development work with scrum team

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshooting company products
• New features development and updates
• Development of customized solutions based on customer need
• Design and review new systems being developed by the team
• Train and mentor junior resources
• Provide technical roadmap and R&D
• Provide assistance to junior resources in review/debug any issues
• Customized reporting creation for specific clients
• Communication with the stakeholders and training for off shore staff members
• Manage live systems including deployment and backup on live servers
• Design and manage Database for new/current systems
• Involved with Networks team for any troubleshooting or configurations
• Systems health monitoring from time to time
• Code management for all the projects being developed, TFS repos creation, users and roles management
• Act as a product owner and perform the following
• Gather requirements from the stake holders
• Create project plan with the scrum team
• Design/Create/Review technical documents
• Create technical workflows, wireframes s
• Refine backlog and manage team tasks
• Review development work with the scrum team

Requirements & Skills

• 12-15 years .NET (MVC / Core) development experience
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g., C#, Visual Basic .NET)
• Hands on understanding and knowledge of: o Entity Framework and ADO.net
• Object Oriented Analysis and Design
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, Axios API client
• Database Designing and TSQL Programming for MS SQL
• Practical knowledge of front-end framework like Angular or Vue.js
• Understanding of Git repository system like TFS or GitHub
• Knowledge of JIRA (Issue tracking system)
• Knowledge of REST API development
• Knowledge of ASP.NET Web Forms Development
• Practical knowledge of using Postman for API testing
• A keen eye for detail
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of Twilio programmable communication APIs will be a plus
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
