Job summary

Datamatics Technologies in Gothenburg, Sweden, is seeking a Principal Data Business Analyst to drive Customer 360 and Graph Intelligence initiatives across the enterprise. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, shaping requirements and defining measurable outcomes.

You will identify use cases, document BRDs and user stories, analyze data relationships, and contribute to MVPs and roadmap planning across regions.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant professional experience in Business Analysis, Data Business Analysis, Data Management, Data & Analytics, CRM, or related areas.
Senior/Lead/Principal level experience on complex enterprise initiatives.
Strong skills gathering, documenting, validating, and managing business, functional, and data requirements.
Hands-on experience creating user stories, use cases, BRDs, functional specs, flows, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitation of workshops, discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
Strong stakeholder management across multiple units, product teams, engineers, and data teams.
Experience with enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, CRM/customer data, master data, or enterprise apps.
Understanding of customer and account data relationships across entities.
Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable requirements for technical teams.
Experience defining KPIs, success criteria, and measurable value for data initiatives.
Experience supporting full delivery lifecycle (discovery to rollout).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data relationships.
Experience with use-case prioritization, MVP definition, backlog management, or roadmap planning.
Effective communication with business and technical stakeholders, including product owners and architects.
Experience in large, cross-functional or multinational environments.
Experience with graph databases, knowledge graphs, Graph Intelligence, or relationship-centric data models.

Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders across brands, regions, and functions to identify Customer 360 and Graph Intelligence use cases.
Define and document user personas, processes, workflows, KPIs, success criteria, and outcomes.
Create and maintain BRDs, functional specs, flows, use cases, and user stories.
Analyze relationships between customer, account, organizational, asset, product, contract, finance, service, and interaction data.
Support definition of Customer 360 and Graph Intelligence capabilities for Key Account Management, loyalty, and cross-sell.
Manage stakeholder feedback during solution design, development, UAT, rollout, and adoption.
Assess and prioritize use cases based on value, data, feasibility, adoption, and alignment.
Support product roadmap planning, MVP definition, backlog refinement, and prioritization.
Assist in developing business cases and measurable outcomes for data investments.
Contribute to improving Customer 360 and Graph Intelligence capabilities and reusable enterprise data products.
