Job summary

Tkxel in Pakistan is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end projects in AI and software delivery. You will work with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into actionable delivery plans.

The role emphasizes hands-on Python development, experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, and Generative AI, as well as mentoring teams and guiding architecture, deployment pipelines, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software delivery and technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in Python programming and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, APIs).
• Hands-on experience with Agentic Development (Claude, Codex, or Cursor) and a deep understanding of concepts like harness, context, and memory.

Responsibilities
