Job summary

Kxel? Tkxel, a leading software development company based in Reston, Virginia, is seeking an experienced delivery and technical lead to guide complex AI projects from inception to deployment.

You will partner with clients and internal teams, shaping architecture for Generative AI, and mentoring engineers in Python and AI frameworks while driving delivery excellence and on-site client workshops.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software delivery and technical leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Python programming and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, APIs).
• Hands-on experience with Agentic Development (Claude, Codex, or Cursor) and a deep understanding of concepts like harness, context, and memory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met.
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
• Provide technical leadership in Classical AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI development
• Oversee AI/ML solution architecture, model integration, and deployment pipelines .
• Mentor and guide technical teams on best practices in Python, AI frameworks, and delivery management .
• Ensure seamless communication between business and technical teams, managing risks and dependencies.
• Be travel-ready for client workshops, project kickoffs, and on-site delivery support.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities , proposal preparation, and client presentations when required.
