Job summary

Tkxel, a leading software development company, is seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end AI/ML projects and client engagements. You will provide technical leadership across Classical and Generative AI, oversee model integration and deployment, and mentor delivery teams in Python and AI frameworks.

Travel for client workshops and on-site support is expected; strong collaboration with stakeholders is essential to translate requirements into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering software and leading technical teams.
• Advanced Python programming and AI/ML framework expertise (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph).
• Hands-on Generative AI experience (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, APIs).
• Hands-on experience with Agentic Development (Claude, Codex, Cursor) and concepts like harness, context, memory.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met.
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
• Provide technical leadership in Classical AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI development.
• Oversee AI/ML solution architecture, model integration, and deployment pipelines.
• Mentor and guide technical teams on best practices in Python, AI frameworks, and delivery management.
• Ensure seamless communication between business and technical teams, managing risks and dependencies.
• Be travel-ready for client workshops, project kickoffs, and on-site delivery support.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, proposal preparation, and client presentations when required.
