Job summary

EIRA Institute of Technology & Health Sciences seeks a Principal / Administrator to run daily operations at the Rawalpindi campus. You will shape culture, efficiency, and the institute’s reputation while aligning academic and administrative activities with regulatory requirements.

You will lead digital transformation of processes, manage stakeholder relationships, and supervise both teaching and non-teaching staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in educational administration or related leadership role.
• Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Technological fluency; comfortable with modern digital tools and systems.
• Humble, kind, and people-oriented with professional communication.
• Background in healthcare or a strong professional network in the medical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all academic and administrative operations of the institute.
