Qualifications

• Matriculation with a Technical Trade Certificate in Machinist or Welder from a recognized board or TEVTA.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in lathe machining, metal fabrication, or electric arc welding in an engineering workshop.

Responsibilities

• Operate center lathes to turn metal shafts, cut threads, and perform SMAW and TIG welding.
• Control milling machines and grind tools, verify tolerances with micrometers.
• Maintain workshop safety and demonstrate required skills in a trade test.
