Job summary

H.A Steel Chain (PVT.) Ltd. in Gujranwala is seeking a CNC Operator to set up, run, and monitor CNC machinery for steel chains and components per technical drawings. You will coordinate with maintenance and production teams to keep schedules and quality on track.

The role requires hands-on experience with CNC equipment, a solid understanding of safety, and the ability to document production activities. This is a full-time on-site position in Gujranwala with shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in machine operation and machinery handling, with safe setup and operation of CNC equipment.
• Experience with laser cutting, multi-tool lathes, welding robots, milling and circular saws, reading drawings and working to tight tolerances.
• Knowledge of quality control practices, including inspecting parts, measuring dimensions, and documenting results.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably metalworking or steel products.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Mechanical principles and tools knowledge; CNC or machining training is an advantage.
• Effective communication and teamwork with production and maintenance teams.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Gujranwala and adapt to shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce steel chains and related components per drawings and specs.
• Adjust machine settings, perform routine maintenance checks, and ensure efficient production runs.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, identify defects, and coordinate with supervisors to resolve issues.
• Document production activities, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with quality and production teams to meet daily output and quality targets.
