iGate Technologies Pakistan is seeking a BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain data integration processes and standardized reporting frameworks in Islamabad. You will support business teams with self-service visualization and insights, blending technical expertise with storytelling to communicate impact.

The role emphasizes data quality, KPI calculations, and training business users on BI tools to enable informed decision-making and accelerated analytics adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Proven experience as BI Developer or Data Engineer.
• Proficiency with data integration tools and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and testing frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data integration workflows (ELT).
• Create and maintain dimensional models for reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reports with BI tools; enable self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with product and growth to understand data needs.
• Test and validate data processes; manage BI release processes.
