Job summary

Empire Group in Islamabad is seeking a full-time Scrum Master / BI Specialist to gather business requirements and deliver automated reports and dashboards. You will work with Power BI, Tableau and SQL to create scalable data solutions across multiple domains.

From data mapping to ETL, you will build analytics capabilities, visualize trends, and present insights to management. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, statistics, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years in BI, dashboard design and data analysis.
• Proficient with MS Excel, PivotTable, Tableau and PowerBI.
• Tableau experience is a must.
• Strong data visualization on structured/unstructured data.
• Excellent communication and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate business requirements for reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reports with PowerBI and Tableau.
• Conduct data analysis with visualization tools and statistics.
• Write SQL, ETL jobs, and expand the data mart.
• Analyze customer behavior and market opportunities to maximize profit.
